Philosophy of a good argument

Key features of argumentation are explained: namely what is an argument, structure of an argument, the difference between correctness/validity of an argument, kinds of eristic argumetation, rational/nonrational differentiation. Every item is explicated in terms of many examples taken from art critics area especially.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Valuation on basis of final written test consists of discussed items. The criterion is knowledge of basic concepts (see The content) and skill in their application.
