Analysis of Risks and Disponible Sources I

The scale of classification for emergency events and characteristcs of their possible consequences including their categorization according to the specific effects on health of human and the environment. The assessment of risk from hazardous substances and preparations for human health and the environment. Marking specific hazards by Risk-phrase and security by Security-phrases. Importance of risk analysis for emergency and crisis planning. The methods of risk analysis and their use. Procedure for evaluation and risk essessment. Prediction of possible consequences in the case of emergency situation. The modelling spread of fires, HazMat and floods. Prediction of development of emergency and crisis situations. Characterisation of disposable means and significance of their analysis for emergency and crisis planning and management. Relation of risk analysis and analysis of disposable means. The basic division of disposable means. Purpose and procedure of their analysis. Databases of disposable means, their locations, capabilities, and time possibilities.
