The course is intended for students of bachelors study programmes of specialist subjects of Food Chemistry, Biotechnologies and Technical Chemistry. The objective is to provide students with basic knowledge and information from the field of chemistry of detergents.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students are confronted with the latest results of research of the area of chemistry of detergents.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the course is conditional on regular completion of the previous courses of chemistry, physics, biology and biochemistry.

The goal of the course is to introduce students with raw materials and with production technologies and evaluation of detergents.
