Advanced Visualisation and Animation

The subject provides information on general 3 D modelling and photorealistic visualisation.
More advanced and demanding procedures are explained - Surface modelling, Nurbs modelling,
global illumination. More detailed attention is devoted to the creation of animation outputs.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The student gains theoretical knowledge of 3D computer graphics and photorealistic visualisations, and practical skills in creating scenes in the Autodesk MAX Design 2011 environment and animations.

Prerequisites

The student has command of the work with 2D and 3D graphic data, is capable of creating simple photorealistic space models of the studied object.
