Heating systems and their parts. Divisions and principals of technical solution of heating systems. Heating of individual rooms, selection and design of heating surfaces. Basic kinds of fuels and energy, energy sources for fossil fuels. Principles of design gas boiler rooms, their disposition and ventilation. Introduction to chimney technique. Centralized distribution of heat and application for heating of buildings. Central preparation of hot domestic water. Safety devices for heating systems. Hydraulics and sizing of central heating systems, regulation fittings and circulation pumps. Direct electric heating and accumulation heating. Automation of operation and the application of measuring and regulation systems in heating of buildings. Air heating.
