Course detail
Numerical methods for grounfwater flow and pollution solution
FAST-DR55Acad. year: 2009/2010
The course deals with the development of mathematical model in groundwater hydrodynamics. Initially the elementary principles of groundwater flow and pollution modelling are introduced together with conceptual and mathematical model development.
The part of the subject concerns the use of appropriate software for numerical solution of the problem. Practical studies are focused on the problems connected with PhD. thesis.
