Organisation of the Design Process

Determinating basic concepts of design activities, law, public notices and regulations respective to organization of design process. Responsibility and rights of the designer. Mission for the designer on proceedings and coordination of design work. Demands on properties, education, acquirements and experience of chief of design team. Organization of design work like integrated system of participants in capital constructions and cooperative professions in the process of disposition, designing, committee stage and realization of building work. Basic knowledge from law, law specification and prescription in capital construction, expectations for authorization of designer.
Basic orientation in determination of royalties (for achievement in the area of disposition, proposition, design and realization of work. Entrepreneurial intention, contests, contracting terms, copyright, competitive bidding, building law and regulations related.) Using computers for projecting. Fundamental passages of psychology for leading of work team, special community contacts and also for successful examination of projects.

1.-4. Task assignment, option of suitable project according to PhD thesis
5. Elaboration of contract proposal about project documentation including orientation building budget and proposel of royalty
6. Copyright laws to the project
7. Principal conditions for project elaboration
8. Technical documents for area management
9. Technical documents for building permit procedure
10. Contract - documentation for contractor selection, public contracts
11. Designer activities within building realization, realization contracts, occupational health and safety
12. House inspection and as-built project
13. Gift-over of the elaboration, open prezentation with discussion and defence.

Aims

Theoretical experience with primary aspects of projecting organization, fundamental legislative demands for building-up, authorization including principal demands on chartered engineers, projecting price fixing, selection procedure, area management, building approval, house inspection and as-built documentation.
