-Constructions process modelling in accordance with material and personnel resources. Methods of management and control. Transformation process theory. Network analysis. Activities controlled by resources. Software supports of production control and management.
·- Firm information system. Quality management, environmental management and work safety control integrated together.
·- Control of construction project in pre-investment stage and in stages of basic and detail design, preparation of realisation and realisation. SW for supporting the process control. Capacity planning - factual and staff resources. Cost planning and control. Activity of design and construction manager under conditions of contemporary construction work (SW – building production control).

Course curriculum

1. SW support of the project management – planning in line with production calculations.
2. SW application based on network analysis and time-space diagrams. 3. Information system development within the frame of construction companies (RSV – MS Project).
4. In pursuance of construction sequences operational calculation and job logging by means of programs RSV and KROS Plus.
5. Deterministic methods of modelling, stochastic models, Methods of operational analysis in production processes.
6. Modelling by means of network diagrams by means of network diagrams, types of network diagrams depending on activities and links.
7. Disponibility of sources, coordination of suppliers.
8. Filing of the as-built drawings.
9. Quality management, environmental management, occupational safety management on sites.
10. Construction risk management.
11. Aiming at partial problems of doctoral theses and SW support using in building physics and energy techniques.
12. SW application for non-stationary conditions of heat and moisture transport in building constructions according to doctoral theses.
13. Computer simulation of physical phenomena in building constructions.

Aims

·To prepare the student for the construction project management using information systems linked with economic SW of the construction company. The means of providing planning data files for models by time sampling of selecting technology processes with orientation to the dissertation thesis.
