Technological level simulation: ion implantation, diffusion.
Numerical models 2D and 3D, analutical models, demonstration of available simulators.
Electrical behaviour of active elements. Mobility models of electrons and holes.
PN junction simulation. Bipolar junction transistor.
MOS Field Effect Transistor.
Demonstration of available simulators and model implementation.
Circuit-level simulation programs, PSPICE, HSPICE.
Analysis of electronic circuits and microelectronic structures.
Basic CMOS gates and flip-flops.
Basic analogue building blocks.
