Electronic Measurement Technics

Theory of measurement, basis of metrology, prinipes of electronic measurement instruments. Random errors of direct and indirect measurement, regression and correlation, information theory of measurement errors. Theory of planing experiments. Reliability elctronic instruments. Metrology, etalons. Measurement of active electric quantities - scopes, spectral analyzers. Time, frequency and and phase measurement. Impedace measurement. Circuit analysers.
