Course detail

Molecular kinetics

FCH-DCO_MKIAcad. year: 2010/2011

The basic results of quantum mechanics and collision mechanisms are discussed initially. The heavy particle (molecules) interactions with electrons and mutual heavy particle collisions are discussed including processes with high excited particles and metastables. A special focus is reserved for the interaction of radiation with semiconducting materials.
