Abstract:The way how a human eye is registering optical information and how is the information transmitted to the eye is explained in this thesis. Mathematical method of evaluation color character of light and way how this information is passed on or archived are explained in another part of the thesis. Description of principle of program which was built up in programming language MS Visual Basic for MS Excel is a part of the thesis. The program can evaluate color character of light pursuant to unloaded database of values of measuring of shining flow of light sources. Another part of thesis is attended to using of the program for measuring of fundamental light sources.
