Abstract:This thesis deals with the basic electronic processes in the cell membrane, the methods of measuring electrical processes and possible numerical solution of this problem. Simulation of action potentials and membrane currents is important to understand the basic electrical processes in the cell. The result of this thesis is a program which simulates the voltage clamp method. Program can depict basic membrane currents and manages to resolve the values according to user-specified parameters. Supplement of this thesis contains detailed user manual.

Student prezentoval výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. MUDr.
