Biennial Master's study specialisation Corporate Finances and Business is organized as a full time study programme. The fundamentals of studies are represented by the modules from the field of corporate financial management, accounting, banking and insurance industry. Students are further specialised by means of elective modules, which enable them in acquiring of deeper knowledge in elected sphere. The programme is aimed at the education of high qualified professionals with wide scope of knowledge in a field of finances and trade at entrepreneurial and banking sphere, based on perfect knowledge of fundamental theoretical disciplines as well as specific practical skills. Studies are finished by final state exam, consisting of diploma thesis defence and discussion on wider basic specialisation. Successful graduates are awarded by the title "Engineer"(Ing.).

Graduate acquires knowledge and skills, especially in the area of finances, business and banking.

Graduates can acquit themselves well in the financial divisions of companies in positions of financial advisors, in the business departments of the trade, logistics, marketing, in middle management positions in banking institutions and other financial market institutions.
