Both regular and distant study curriculum results in university educated, wide-range accomplished specialist focused on crisis management and population protection field. His practical working knowledge is specified in details in a graduate profile, a part no 1, dealing with target group specialists working within crisis management field. The study will be focused on readiness in order to be capable of carrying risk analysis, efficient prevention organization, operative solution of particular emergencies and crisis situations and further recovery of ordinary conditions. This preparedness will be supported by purpose-specified bachelor theoretical knowledge body resulting from comprehensive, socio-scientific, and particularly natural sciences subjects. Operative preparedness of graduates characterized as professional experts in the field will be dependent on thorough professional knowledge and particular abilities, skills and routine. Specialized subjects study will be combined with extensive knowledge of legislation covering serious accidents prevention, solving emergencies and crisis situations, integrated rescue system, population protection and administration bodies activities within crisis management field. Methods of practical exercises will be focused on acquiring graduates resistance to psychic load accompanied simultaneously by emergency and crisis situations, and on mastering abilities to solve tasks efficiently on their own under the stresses of high-pressure conditions.
