- Accurate Control Design and Synchronization of Actuators by utilization of Artificial Intelligence Methods
A request for accurate control and accurate synchronization of actuators can be found in many engineering applications. It is possible to combine standard methods with selected methods of artificial intelligence. The product will be applied in area of intelligent robotics. Hardware platforms from B+R Automation Ltd. (word leader in areas of industrial automation and motion control) and also tools from Mathworks company (Matlab/Simulink) and dSpace will be used for the solution. Research will be also focused to perspective area of application of PowerLink the new industrial standard for 1Gbps network. The objectives: - Design and implementation of accurate control and synchronization algorithms for actuators. - System model transformation from Matlab/Simulink environment into embedded application of industrial computer (B+R automation, Ltd.). Verification of the model in real-time environment. - Using and testing of PowerLink the new industrial standard for 1Gbps network.
- Advanced RRT algorithms for trajectory planning
The aim of this disseration will be design and application of advances method based on rapidly exploring trees and other artificial intelligence algorithms for solving problems of trajectory planning of holonomic and non-holonomic objects in a static and dynamic enivronment. Applications are assumed in the area of mobile robotic platforms and manipulators, e.g., in real-time manufacturing processes.
- Automatic generation of programs for identification of systems and design of controllers
Create evolutionary algorithm for automatic generation fo programs
- Image encryption by means of chaotic systems
Design cryptographic system for image encryption by mens of deterministic chaos
- Modification of automatic control with low depreciation of controlled system
The purpose of this work is the theoretical contribution for automatic control tasks where the depreciation and various types of stress on certain parts is a serious problem. Depreciation relates mainly to mechanical parts in the servo systems, which for a long time in operation have reduced the quality of service features, shorter life and are a source of unreliability. It is expected a detailed analysis of the problem, including the draft of criteria for classification different kinds of unwanted stress on different technological parts in various implementation of controlled systems. The focus of work should be a draft of control algorithms, which showed a lower depreciation of equipment involved, compared to the standard procedure. The proposed solution is desirable to verify and evaluate preferably with simulations for selected cases of applications.
- Nontraditional methods for data classification and prediction in process control
Artificial intelligence methods belong among modern methods for optimization of process control. Using theese methods is especially suitable for problems which are very difficult to solve using classical mathematical methods or where using deterministic computation methods would require unacceptable simplification of the problem. An acquisition of the optimization data by means of modern methods and algorithms of artificial intelligence is a significant task in object classification. Approaches used by a graduant solving the aforementioned task are as follows: Analysis artificial intelligence methods, analysis algorithms for data classification and prediction .
