Original title in Czech: Soudní inženýrstvíÚSIAbbreviation: SOIAcad. year: 2012/2013Specialisation: Road Accident Investigation
Programme: Forensic Engineering
Length of Study: 4 years
Guarantor
prof. Ing. Albert Bradáč, DrSc.
Issued topics of Doctoral Study Program
.
Tutor: Adamec Vladimír, prof. Ing., CSc.
The aim of the work will be describe the procedures for obtaining data from vehicle control units and creating the methodology of its subsequent analysis for the needs of forensic engineering science. Part of the work will be creating model equipment for testing and verification of various diagnostic procedures.
Tutor: Bradáč Albert, Ing., Ph.D.
Work will aim to draw the line between the concepts of a sudden - gradual, or sudden change in speed or direction, for use in forensic engineering practice in the analysis of road accidents
Tutor: Vémola Aleš, doc. Ing., Ph.D., dr. h. c.
Goal of the thesis is to analyse the car body movement at driving manoeuvres, especially at braking, acceleration and drive in the curve.
Tutor: Semela Marek, doc. Ing. Bc., Ph.D.
The aim of the thesis will be analyze the possibilities and then propose a way of verifying the driver's reactions to optical stimuli. For this purpose it will be necessary to propose measuring device that will allow it, while software for evaluation of measured data. The condition is that the device was able to capture in a single time record 3 video cameras (+ static eyetracker camera in the car) and data from the vehicle control units (velocity information and inputs from the driver-steering wheel, pedals, lights, ...)
Goal of the thesis is to analyse selected critical driving manoeuvres of heavy duty vehicles, especially lateral displacement, drive in the curve and intensive acceleration and braking in longitudinal direction.
The aim of this work is to evaluate relevant factors that increase the probability of traffic accidents on the base of the analysis of the driver's visual possibilities with a pedestrian at pedestrian movement across the road, and these elaborated in terms of traffic accidents analysis needs and the possibility of increasing road safety.
Tutor: Kledus Robert, doc. Ing., Ph.D.
The topic is to explore options and find a way to use a driving simulator passenger motor vehicle to simulate the critical (accident) situation in transport with monitoring the reactions of drivers. Presupposes a good knowledge of programming and the output should be including software that is compatible with current IFE driving simulator and ears to the requirements.
The aim of this work is build the methodology for assessing the deceleration of public transport vehicles, trolleys in order to determine criteria for transportation safety evaluating of standing passengers
Possibilities of the marks identification on the accident place by using their specific chemical features. It would be especially the visualization of braking and driving wheel traces of vehicles and vehicle fluids based on a chemical reaction. The topic is particularly suitable for a graduate of FCH BUT or or equivalent faculty of different university
The aim of the work is to design the optimum methods applicable in practice in search of objects and areas of use in emergencies. It may be a data usage of unified transport vector maps MD and other freely accessible geospatial information, including the use of data for mobile mapping. Suitable for graduates of Geodesy and Cartography.
Tutor: Vykopalová Hana, prof. PhDr., CSc.
The aim of this work is a detailed analysis of the results of traffic accident research in order to gain new knowledge for the analysis of road accidents, the forensic engineering.
Goal of the thesis is to analyse the sensitivity of input parameters at traffic accident reconstruction with the help of multibody system on analysis results variance.
Goal of the thesis is to analyse the drive of the vehicle in the curve especially from the point of view of usual trajectory in relation to radius, speed, vehicle type, geometrical and adhesion conditions surface conditions with the help of videorecord analysis.
Study plan wasn't generated yet for this year.
