Condition for admitting is obtaining a bachelor's degree.

The students are educated in various branches of electronics and wireless communications, telecommunication and information techniques, biomedical and ecological engineering, power electrical and electronic engineering, microelectronics, cybernetics, automation and measurement techniques and electrical manufactoring and managament.

The graduates may continue in a doctoral study programme.
