Target group of students: current Bachelor and Master students
The summer school is focused on the methodology to achieve lean processes and their implementation. Part of the course is practical training of selected methods and tools in the form of case studies and simulation games, which are practically usable in the field of lean manufacturing and logistics, lean administration and lean processes in services.

August 15–18, 2022 - lectures and training of methods in the laboratory of business process management at the Faculty of Business and Management. August 19, 2022 mix of teaching and social program – planned excursion to the production company - specifically Škoda Auto Mladá Boleslav, spare Bosch Diesel Jihlava. August 20, 2022 - presentation of results, social program August 21, 2022 - social program
The organization of the excursion depends on the situation regarding Covid-19, ie. whether access to company visits will be possible.
