Fundamentals of BIM

Introduction and familiarization with the basic principles of the BIM (Building Information Management) method from the user's point of view. Students will get to know the ways to look at the data that is created in the design and preparation phase and should be used in the phases for the realization and use of the building. They will learn elementary work with CAD data and drawings, which will be followed by work with BIM models, including related topics such as creation of specifications, communication, implementation and use for building management.

Učební cíle

Students will get to know the basic principles of the BIM (Building Information Management) method so that they will be able to work with the project and the documentation that will be processed using this method. Furthermore, they will acquire general knowledge for orientation in process documents and technologies related to the assignment, implementation and management of projects using the BIM method.

Aktivní práce ve cvičení. Průběžné hodnocení práce na projektu, semestrální práce.
