Functional fitness on the field workout and at TRX gym is a set of exercises that we use in everyday life. The fundamental difference compared to other forms of exercise is the emphasis on correct exercise technique. The technique takes precedence over the number of repetitions or duration of exercises in functional fitness.

Učební cíle

The lessons are at TRX gym or at workout (if the weather is suitable).

Mastering the correct movement patterns of the simplest exercises with your own body after the basic ones with selected aids. The aim of the course is to learn how to perform each exercise perfectly

After completing the course, students can control basic exercises with their own body and can set up a simple exercise plan for their own needs.

 

Pravidla hodnocení a ukončení předmětu

The credit is based on active participation, regular attendance with records in the attendance register (2 unexcused absences are allowed). In accordance with Directive No. 17/2019, the subject is assessed by one credit in accordance with the teaching of physical education.

 

Regular attendance with records in the attendance register, 2 unexcused absences are allowed, verbal excuses for absences in advance directly in the lesson or by email in advance, but no later than 24.0 hours after the lesson date.

Substitution of classes by agreement with the teacher only in his classes.
