The course is based on modern knowledge of sports training environment and the needs of current generation of university students. Throughout the course, the students learn or improve their knowledge and skills needed to maintain and develop their fitness and ensure health prevention through physical activities. It is based on a combined approach that includes balance, coordination and flexibility. TRX allows participants to adjust the difficulty level by simply changing up their body’s angle. This will help students to get the best out of this functional training that includes full-body exercises and activates a number of muscle groups. It also boosts your stability, balance and flexibility, which are key in everyday life and for your overall health.
The lesson will start at the beginning of March due to the lecturer surgery.
