This website provides all the necessary information for Ukrainian scientists and researchers who come to the Czech Republic due to the ongoing war. The website is established in cooperation with the Cabinet of the Minister for Science, Research and Innovation and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, who are the main sponsors of government policy regarding universities, science and research.
If you are interested in any job position at the Brno University of Technology you can visit our website with job vacancies. You can also read more information about our Welcome service which provides support for current and future foreign employees of BUT. Our Welcome service office is the first point of contact for future BUT employees, providing them with information about the employment and all that must be done before and after their arrival. We also provide assistance to their families throughout their stay in the Czech Republic.
For Ukrainian citizens who will be hired at the Brno University of Technology, we will provide Czech language courses that will enable the employees to start their life in the Czech republic more easily and adapt quickly to our university's environment. Courses are organized by Euraxess.

The National Institute of Mental Health offers psychiatric and psychological help to people from Ukraine and their family members in the Czech Republic. Priority and without prior referral by phone +420 283 088 139 or ambulance@nudz.cz.
Refugee Assistance Center at Hněvkovského 65, Brno, provides support with processing of necessary documents (register at Foreign Police, visa, health insurance, registering at the Employment Office).
