O projektu

Záměrem projektu Výkonové laboratoře CVVOZE – modernizace výzkumné infrastruktury (akronym CVVOZEPowerLab-MoRI) je doplnění stávajícího výzkumného zaměření výzkumné infrastruktury CVVOZEPowerLab o nové aktivity a s tím spojené rozšíření přístrojového vybavení pro realizaci špičkového výzkumu a vývoje v oblasti elektroenergetiky, zejména pak v oblastech vypínání velkých proudů, elektromagnetické kompatibility a precizní diagnostiky izolačních materiálů pro vysoké napětí. Projekt přispěje ke zvýšení prestiže výzkumné infrastruktury CVVOZEPowerLab v evropském výzkumném prostoru a přinese nové možnosti zapojení infrastruktury a výzkumných pracovníků hostitelské instituce do mezinárodních výzkumných projektů, např. v rámci programu H2020.

The aim of the project will be to increase the international quality of research and its results in general in the sphere of switching devices and diagnostics of components for electrical networks. This will be achieved by upgrading the CVVOZEPowerLab Research Infrastructure and by extending the CVVOZ's current research program to two new activities in line with the current Sustainable Energy Research Guidelines based on the new requirements for SmartGrids, In line with the new CVVOZEPowerLab research infrastructure requirements. These will be the new activities carried out within the CVVOZ's current research program "Production, transmission, distribution and use of electricity": 1) Monitoring penetration of vapor of construction materials into the volume of electric discharge. 2) Precise diagnostics of high voltage cables and liquid dielectrics. The purpose of the project is: - upgrading the research infrastructure with new instrumentation capacities, - expanding the Center's staffing capacities with new researchers and strengthening and developing the position of existing Center staff, - the strengthening and development of the Center's international cooperation, for example through the provision of international R & D projects, - supporting the creation of joint publications with foreign authors, ie strengthening the publishing activity of the Center in cooperation with foreign research teams, - supporting the creation of new publications within the project research team.
