The subject of the initiative is realization of bilateral meetings between Brno University of Technology and Stiftelsen SINTEF. Main topic of the meeting will be megaprojects from the perspective of their effective management and impact on particular stakeholders and society as a whole. Meetings will also focus on achieving key project parameters, such as cost and time. The aim of proposed initiative is to establish and build up new partnership allowing sharing and exchange of knowledge, best practices and outputs of previous research of partners. Project output is the realization of two bilateral meetings where possibilities for future research collaboration between partners will be discussed.
