Evaluace zvýšené bezpečnosti a spolehlivosti železniční infrastruktury po její modernizaci či rekonstrukci

O projektu

Aplikovaný výzkum realizovaný v rámci předkládaného projektu bude založen na detailní analýze historických dat týkajících se identifikace a popisu mimořádných událostí na železniční síti v ČR (poskytne SŽDC) souvisejících se spolehlivostí a bezpečností železniční dopravy. Na základě výstupů analýzy budou klasifikovány klíčové mimořádné události a opatření, která jim mají zabránit. Na základě zmíněných historických dat budou s využitím přístupu stínových cen definovány a evaluovány benefity plynoucí z realizace příslušných opatření. V rámci železniční sítě v ČR či její části budou porovnávána data před a po realizaci opatření zajišťujících spolehlivost či bezpečnost provozu, na základě čehož bude posuzována efektivnost projektu. Zjištěné informace budou promítnuty do metodického postupu.

The objective of the project is the elaboration of "The methodological approach for the evaluation of benefits resulting from the carrying out of investment operations for the increase of the reliability and the safety of railway for a purpose of their projection into the economic valuation of projects in the railway infrastructure", what currently not solved in the evaluation methodology (instead the increase of the degree of security of rail crossings, this issue has been already solved). These investment operations are connected with a big part of projects and their correct evaluation and consequently their inclusion into the economic analysis will support the objectivization of the economic evaluation of projects. The methodological approach will be proposed till 31st December 2021.
