DiSTT helps to match skills to changing labour market needs of the strongly industrial based CE regions by addressing skill gaps in digital fabrication & entrepreneurship. The solution the project delivers is the “Digital Skills Transformation Toolkit,” comprising 1. targeted re/upskilling programs, 2. assessment tools for participants, 3. Implementation Guide for adopting organizations, and 4. Strategy for Digital Skills Transformation.
