The proposed project aims at obtaining more detailed information about processes in the devices with electrical arc and low-temperature plasma (arc generators of low-temperature plasma, switch gears etc.). The method of solution is based on the combination of experimental and theoretical investigation. The significant contribution of the project is the association of constructive research workers and the effective utilization of experimental facilities of cooperating institutes following the long-time previous collaboration. The contents of the collaboration will have to do with the following areas of research: 1) investigation of processes in thermal plasma with macroscopic particles for destruction of toxic wastes; 2) investigation of non-equilibriumphysico-chemical processes in plasma flows; 3) investigation of dynamic phenomena in devices with electrical arc; 4) diagnostics of low-temperature plasma.
