The project aims at providing professional & technical background for the development of research at Faculties of Chemistry and of Electrical Engg.& Computer Science of TU of Brno, using new information technologies. TU will reconstruct and fit out materials, models of properties of chem. structures, database of materials characteristics. Also provided will be databases of mechanical, electrical and thermal models of components and devices. The CENTRE will be used by researchers working on national andinternational grantprojects (GAČR, GAČR, GAMPO ČR, Science & Arts Fund, COST and COPERNICUS projects, projects sponsored by the MOTOROLA Foundation, etc.). Access will also be granted to other users from research establishments.
