O projektu
Popis anglickyThe essence of the project is the establishment of the basis for the development of a revolutionary technique from the field of nanotechnologies - non-destructive micromanipulation of organic and inorganic sobjects (tens of nanometers to tens of micrometers large) by using laser radiation. The aim of the project is to design a functional model of a device the physical essence of which is the dynamical effect of photons of a focused lasser beam when being scattered by a micro-object. An integral part ofthe project will be the verification of the designed theoretical model by means of experimental manipulation of spherical microobjects (and simultaneous grasp of several objects) for the calibration of forces of the pN order. Attention will also be paidto the comparison of the measured forces with theoretical models, to the letal structures and to the investigation of its prospective use for the target transport of different types of membrane follicles. This method - the so called 'optical tweezers' -
