Implementation of a nonconventional instrumentation amplifier in BiCMOS technology, using CMOS devices only, in describes in this paper. Exploitation of current-conveyors features a high CMPR and minimizes the number of matched resistors compare to the conventional solutions. Current-mode nature of the circuit result also in a constant bandwith amplification.
