For the purposes of automated evaluation of large data files was developed a program that works with oscilloscope YOKOGAWA DL 1540 CL. This program is able to automatically download all data measured on the oscilloscope to a computer, split the data file to separate channels, convert them to ASCII format, apply Fourier transformation and generate four graphs of frequency spectra for each channel.
