Originální abstrakt
The issue of refurbishment (renovation) of concrete slab buildings in connection with the use of recycled materials has been a topic of current importance for a long time. Other aspect of this issue shows, if we focus on the connection of this issue with so-called building information model (BIM) and the way to define in the best way the current structures and their material and structural properties. The objective is to use these materials again, be it in the same building or a different one. This should be done with the use of sophisticated automated and technologically correct methodology and use of the most modern software. It is convenient to use the standard classification of building structures and it is necessary to take into account the differences of particular structural systems of concrete slab buildings in the Czech Republic
