The article deals with the influence of the noise of construction and reconstruction of roads per capita adjacent apartment buildings in Havlíčkovo Brod. It describes a situation where the noise the existing road body, which is in accordance with the limits nař.vl.č.272/2011 is increased by noise from construction activities. The article analyzes the noise situation in each process of construction and apply their outputs in the form of readable data providing inputs for noise studies. The area is expected noise pollution accumulates in the so called old noise pollution with activities of mechanization involved in the construction activities, all in close proximity to residential buildings downtown. There are numerous complaints from citizens. The aim of this article is to determine the percentage increase in noise pollution in the area, including the possible solutions, which could in this help to avoid sanctions or stop the construction.
