Energetická bilance objektu je závislá na několika faktorech, jako jsou tepelně technické vlastnosti obálky budovy, velikost a účel objektu, jeho lokalita a orientace ke světovým stranám, provoz, technická zařízení a instalovaná zařízení pro výrobu energie z obnovitelných zdrojů. Článek představuje studii energetických bilancí objektů s různou orientací ke světovým stranám. Na základě toho se mění nejen potřeba energie pro provoz objektu, ale i potenciál výroby energie z obnovitelných zdrojů využívajících slunečního záření. Takový komplex různě orientovaných budov lze z hlediska energetických bilancí analyzovat jako ucelený soubor, kdy lze s výhodou využít transferu energie mezi budovami, což je jedním z klíčových cílů koncepce smart regionů.

Anglický abstrakt

Energy balance of the building is dependent on several factors, such as the thermal properties of the building envelope, size and purpose of the building, its location and orientation to the cardinal, its operation, technical facilities and equipment installed for the production of energy from renewable sources. The article presents a study of energy balance of objects with different orientation to the cardinal. On basis of this, changing not only the energy needed for the operation of the facility, as well as potential for energy production from renewable sources using solar radiation. Such complex of buildings can be oriented differently in terms of energy balance analysis as an integrated package, which can be advantageously used energy transfer between the buildings, which is one of the key objectives of the concept of smart regions.
