To reduce the energy performance of buildings mainly helps production of energy from renewable sources. That the benefits of these renewable sources have been most used, it is necessary to analyze the amount of energy produced and consumed in time and further use the potential of the produced excess of energy. In the case of adjoining buildings with different operation modes may be considered with the transfer of energy produced from renewable sources. This makes it possible to achieve higher power efficiency compared to the accumulation or dissipation of produced energy. The quantity of produced and consumed energy is variable in time therefore it is necessary to quantify the amount in shorter time intervals. It is devoted little attention to energy transfer between buildings but it is a possibility through which may be achieved further reducing of energy performance of buildings. This article is an introduction to the issue with these possibilities and aspects of the use of renewable resources and transfer of energy and aims to evoke interest in this area and expansion considerations.
