V příspěvku je uvedena technologie radiálního vypínání tenkostěnné trubky pomocí pružného tvářecího média (polyuretanu). Konce trubky jsou během deformace pevně sevřeny v nástroji. Cílem je porovnat technologii radiálního vypínání tenkostěnných trubek, jejichž konce jsou pevně upnuty s technologií radiálního vypínání trubek s volnými čely. Dále je cílem využít tuto metodu jako technologickou zkoušku.

Anglický abstrakt

The article deals with the technology of the radial expanssion (bulging) of the thin walled tube by the elastic forming medium (polyurethane). The ends of the pipe are clamped into tool during forming process. The aim of this work is to compare the bulging of the thin walled tube with the fixed and free ends of the pipe. Furthermore, this method can be used as the technological test of tube material formability.
