The article described the method MOAP (Mining Of Automatization Plans) for searching of automatization projects. The system approach and heuristic approach are presented. The method MOAP is suitable for business proces reengineering and total process benefit increasing. Four systematic procedures and 11 heuristic principles are included at the method.
