The presented paper provides an overview of publications and other sources regarding the evaluation of innovations in the high-tech and cutting-edge technologies, especially so-called Key Enabling Technologies (KETs), and its aim is to design the principal tool for the performance and deployment measurement of innovations in a field of KETs for industry and companies.
