Originální abstrakt
A proposal of a new bilinear section suitable for circuits operating in the differential mode is presented in this paper. This section can be easily used in the design of phase shifters and multiphase oscillators having non-standard features (arbitrarily shifted waveforms) in comparison to standard solutions based on a single closed loop. Operations of the phase shifting chain as well as basic features of its application in the multiphase oscillator were simulated in Cadence Spectre in the ON Semiconductor 0.35 um C035 I3T25 CMOS process.
