Public administration not only in the Czech Republic is facing a relatively complicated situation. The public expects the public administration execution to be efficient, user-friendly and simple. However, the public administration bodies must ensure that the simple and pleasant form of communication is not achieved at the expense of secured work with its content in particular. Public administration organizations often process specific information that requires a high level of accessibility, integrity and confidentiality. The search for a suitable solution is often complicated by the fact that available resources (financial and human) are considerably limited and there is pressure in public administration towards further cost savings. The deficiencies in the management system and competence determination in the offices is frequently related to the more complex determination of requirements essential for the operation of such services. This paper discusses the possibilities of further development of efficient employment of cloud computing services in the public sector and their diversification to various forms of cloud computing based on their sensitivity and significance in order to achieve further cost savings in the solution execution.
