The paper is focused on outsourcing of services. The role of the topic is still increasing during last years. The first part of the paper describes outsourcing in general and also concerns with the field of outsourcing of services. I tried to collect the most important basic information about the problems concerned with the world situation and also the situation in the Czech Republic. The second part of the paper illustrates some examples of companies which provide outsourcing of services to their clients.
