Originální abstrakt
The FBMC modulation is intensively researched for incorporation into passive optical access networks. This paper introduces a multi-beam optical FBMC model and presents possible data separation techniques for applying in optical wireless communications. For the analysis, we adapted the FBMC model that can describe mutual relations between optical signals and atmospheric turbulences. Consequently, the multi-beam optical FBMC model can be analyzed by simulations performed in the complete optical wireless transmission path. Results of the performance analysis suggest that the multi-beam optical FBMC format can be utilized for reliable optical wireless communication systems suffering severe atmospheric conditions for reduction high BER values.
