Aim of this contribution is to point out on the examples of four tennis players' examination the importance of complex kinesiologic analysis complementation also with the analysis of the specific repetitive dominant activity of a sportsman. This could lead to better connection of a kinesiotherapy in various positions and certain sport activity that often fills up all free time of a sportsman. Rehabilitation diagnoses and rehabilitation plant was determined based on the detailed kinesiologic analysis and the analysis of forehand technical performance. Another aim was to find the presence in the examinations of some critical sites common for all probands. To work with their awareness can be a part of group compensatory exercises. On the other hand, individual technical errors can be targeted and influences by individual therapy. Group and Methods: 4 probands were assessed in this study (sex: Males, average aze: 17,25 years old\ height: 183,75 cm, weight: 75, 88 kg, dominant upper limb: Right). All of them play for the same club, have similar training doses (3-4 times a week game training, I hour of condition training daily, compensatory exercise once in a fortnight, lead by the condition coach). Players were assessed based on detailed kinesiologic analysis and analysis of forehand technical performance. The proposal of therapies follows after this part and is divided into common part and the part with necessary individual approach. Results: From the history of the probands came out that all four of them suffered from low back pain. Injury or pain in the knee joint was found in 3 from 4 probands. Pain in the area of elbow joint of dominant upper limb experienced 2 probands out of 4 in the past. Growth pain of heels at the age of 10-12 years had 2 probands out of 4 The common finding of all probands was insufficient activity of trunk and insufficiency of spine deep stabilisation system, displayed also during forehand strike performance via functional trunk disconnection. Another expected finding was unilateral overload on the right side, manifesting lack of compensation of a typical unilateral load. Furthermore, in all examined probands, the malfunction of ability of isolated motion in both open and closed kinematic chain was also found, as well as suboptimal proprioception and somatognosia impairment. Conclusions: Thanks to higher variability of forehand technique, the individual complex examination of sportsmen is cardinal for determination of optimal intervention of a physiotherapist. It is not possible to determinegeneral recommendations for all tennis players. Therapy should be tailored individually to each player, considering his troubles and his technique. Therefore it is very important within examination complexity to assess the technique of performance of specific sport activity via videoanalysis. If possible, with the use of kinematic motion analysis and with the help of 3D cameras.
