Originální abstrakt

Feedback is often mentioned as an important part of evaluation of Mathematics and Statistics Learning Support (MSLS) provision. Focus of the feedback in MSLS is given mostly on student feedback to the support they received, and to MSLS in general. However, we can look at MSLS and feedback from another perspective: the service itself might be considered as an agent providing feedback which is, or should be, an integral part of the learning process. In this paper we argue that MSLS provision perfectly fits within constructivist approach to feedback and should be promoted with this perspective.
