Abstrakt
The technology has been verified for heat treatment of parts manufactured using the additive technology SLM (Selective Laser Melting) from the titanium alloy TiAl6V4 without surface degradation due to oxidation at high temperatures, including the plate and supports for the given part. The heat treatment took place in a high-temperature furnace LAC PK 180/12, which was modified to enable heat treatment of 3D printed parts, including the plate and supports for the given part. These were preparations that allowed the use of a protective atmosphere of inert gas, temperature control, including temperature measurement. The plate, the printed part, and the test specimens did not show the presence of an oxide layer on the surface. The actual verification of the technology was also carried out on other parts manufactured using the additive technology SLM (Selective Laser Melting) from the titanium alloy TiAl6V4 without surface degradation due to oxidation at high temperatures, including the plate and supports for the given part, at a temperature regime of up to 950°C. As part of further research into the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical characteristics of the titanium alloy TiAl6V4, the technology was verified at a temperature regime of up to 1050°C, again without surface degradation by oxygen.
