becoming the part of a European internal market. This paper focuses on identifying necessary changes in business education from the management competences point of view related to new conditions of the internal market. What kind of knowledge and skills should a manager have in a new environment? The "Business Enterprise" subject, included in the educational programme called Corporate Finance and Business Program, was established before the Czech Republic joined EU and this proposal is based on the changes of internal market. An innovation of the subject is based on analysis of new conditions and needs of management competencies.
