Originální abstrakt

Goal of the paper is study of electrophysiology during the animal experiment, which is basically concentrated on optical mapping of action potentials from heart surface. There are electrophysiological changes during optical date recording caused by voltage-sensitive dye application and by myocardial ischemia. Electrophysiological properties during experiments are studied by changes of vectorcardiograms (VCG).
