Originální abstrakt

Considering functions of soil organic matter we tried to shed up light upon its stabilization mechanisms in soils by studying relationship between thermal stability of soils determined by thermogravimetry and microbial activity determined by respirometry. Mathematical expression of interrelations between both properties could provide a rapid estimation of soil biological behavior by simple thermal analysis.
