Inspired by the theory of Florida (2004) regarding the tolerance of ambiguity among top managers and leaders of international companies operating in the Czech Republic. We used a questionare, association test and interview to explore tolerance of ambiguity and the gender, age , education, and work experience of managers and leaders into account.
